These workshops will consist of deep healing and toning work through physical postures and the breath. We will reconnect with the need to nurture ourselves, exploring our new postnatal bodies, processing and working towards acceptance of our experiences of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
The workshops are aimed for women in the first 12 months postnatally but you are welcome to come at any point after having a baby if you wish to.

Workshop Details:
The workshop will cover healing posture and breath work for the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. We also go through an emotionally and physically healing self massage technique to help the birth scar/line to heal both on the surface and in the deeper layers of the body. We will explore gentle but deep physical poses and pranayama or postnatal healing, recovery and relaxation.
There will also be tea and cake and time for discussion. It will be a small intimate group (only 8 places available per workshop). These workshops are body positive and suitable for all levels of yoga experience and fitness.
